Pulaski Heights Middle School and the Junior Achievement of Arkansas would like to invite your rising sixth grader to participate in the 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) 2009 Summer Camp. The goal of our Summer Camp is to provide each child with as many learning experiences as possible.  Summer Camp hours are, Monday-Friday mornings from 8:30-12:30p.m.  Your child will participate in a four-day “Camp of Champs’ Character Education/Life Skills Basketball Summer Clinic.  The clinic will focus on introducing and teaching young people the necessary character traits and life skills they must acquire, understand, implement, and follow through with as they continue to strive for success during their school years and beyond.  Two weeks will be devoted to thematic units focused on math and literacy with field trips to the Children’s Museum and the Heifer Project International Headquarters.   Limited transportation, breakfast, and lunch will be provided.  We take pride in our school and we want each child to be successful in every way.
